Stop adding features and focus on stability
MonoDevelop already has too many features many of which just add to the general instability of the app. I propose a complete moratorium on new features until MD can be used for a full day of development without a single crash.

We are already doing it, but that doesn't mean that we don't streamline features, if we feel the need to. We didn't add that much features. 90% is bugfixing. Most of the unstability of monodevelop can be passed to gtk.
At least the crashes. Crashes that produce a message box are our fault, but the rest is mostly gtk related - if you would work on linux with a recent release you would be able to work a full day without a crash - at least I can.
We are improving on the gtk issues - we fixed some mac gtk issues, that version is in internal testing. When that lands - hopefully soon - the stability on mac will improve greatly (and some degree windows as well).
